Mindfulness is the practice of meeting each moment — sensation, thought, emotion — with curiosity, kindness, and presence. When we slow down and truly arrive, the nervous system softens, the body becomes more receptive, and healing can move from the inside out.

In our work, mindfulness lives in many forms:
• Beginning each visit with a pause, grounding, and intention
• Teaching by example through presence and deep listening
• Using acupuncture as a mindful, meditative practice
• Supporting patients to meet pain, grief, anxiety, and transition with compassion
• Weaving micro-practices into daily life — not perfection, just practice

This is medicine that honors the whole person — body, mind, and soul.
